We have submitted designs to Westminster planners for the comprehensive redevelopment and upgrade of the retail and public spaces in this major 1980s mixed-use development in Victoria. Our designs address both the public realm and retail offer through the implementation of a series of coherent, co-ordinated and credible improvements.

115 Parkway

Designs for this new building have been submitted to Camden planners. The building comprises a flower shop at ground floor level with a single residential unit at first and second floors.

M+L Win RIBA Live Pitch Moon Hotel event!

Morrow+Lorraine fended off stiff competition from Coffey Architects and Designscape to win the Live Pitch Event at this year’s RIBA Guerrilla Tactics conference. Each practice had ten minutes to pitch to a panel of experts including the notional client, Virgin Galactic, for the pioneering commission to design a lunar hotel. New Senior Appointment for M+L

We are pleased to anounce that Matthew Austen has joined the firm as an associate. Mat spent over seven years with Foster + Partners before deciding to leave to take up a new challenge with Morrow+Lorraine.

Mat was involved with a wide range of projects at Fosters including the completed Willis Building at Lime Street, the Principal Place mixed-use development in Broadgate and the 63 storey City Pride residential development in the Isle of Dogs.

New Mews House

We are delighted to have secured a commission from the Howard de Walden Estate to design a new mews house in the heart of Marylebone. The design will replace an existing two storey house with a three-storey building of contemporary design.
